Our trustees bring years of expertise in digital justice, human rights, equity, policy and strategic leadership from across a range of sectors across the UK, Southwest Asia and North Africa, Europe, and the US. They oversee the running of the charity and help support Glitch in delivering our mission.

  • Asha Allen

    Chair of Trustees

    Asha is a tech policy expert who serves as Secretary General of CDT Europe, with over a decade of experience leading work on issues at the intersection of online expression, civic engagement, and technology.

  • Bárbara Paes

    Vice Chair

    Bárbara is a Brazilian researcher, writer and project manager with over a decade of experience working for civil society organisations in the digital rights and tech space.

  • Bontle Senne

    Trustee

    Bontle is an AuDHD author, speaker, strategist, and facilitator who has led several multi-million-pound transformations and integrations across a variety of sectors, including banking, telecommunications, and media.

  • Kimberley Motley

    Trustee

    Kimberley is an international human rights and civil rights attorney with over 20 years of field-based and courtroom-based experience in international human rights, civil rights, and criminal law.

    Trustee

    Safia is a coach, project manager and strategic leader with vast experience developing equitable policy and people strategies.

    Finance Director

    Abi, our trusty long-term contractor, ensures our finances and our financial processes are robust and clear.

    Operations Manager

    Anna leads operations, ensuring systems and processes are efficient and effective.

    Advocacy Director

    Emmanuelle leads our advocacy work, including on challenging AI injustice, holistic AI regulation and securing better redress for victim-survivors of intimate image abuse.

    Advocacy and Comms Manager

    Ellen leads advocacy on tech-facilitated gender-based violence and the Online Safety Act, and runs our newsletter, blog and social media.
